unfortunately the only method of support that link is showing is ea answers, i guess i might have to go through paypal to get a refund since there no direct contact available

- EA_Illium@MaxTheGunner07 We have made some changes to the options available to select, Can you select the game > PC > technical support > Game Progression issues > Class Rank Progression Lost. This allowed me to see the Chat and Call options.
