Re: bf3.exe is running, but nothing happens?

Problem solved. The issue was due to value added software that was provided with the ASRock motherboard. Culprit software: VIRTU UNIVERSAL MVP

Disabled it and it worked fine. Just went ahead and uninstalled. BF3 is working just fine now.
