bf3.exe is running, but nothing happens?

I've been searching long for an answer and am getting fed up. I've been a long time BF3 player on 360 and just purchased the game via Origin for my PC. It's all installed and I try to launch it and ...

    Problem solved. The issue was due to value added software that was provided with the ASRock motherboard. Culprit software: VIRTU UNIVERSAL MVP

    Disabled it and it worked fine. Just went ahead and uninstalled. BF3 is working just fine now.

Thank you. I did just update the drivers to make sure that was not the issue. Still no change. I followed the other thread, unforurtunatlly everything listed I've tried. I have emailed in to the address they posted. Just hoping someone had a solution.
