Re: BF4 stuck on snow screen, no menu available.

So say I go into the PS4 settings delete the game from there, redownload it from PSN. That is the course of action you guys are suggesting? Is it possible that the game got corupted on the hard drive?

It is possible yes and as said before your stats are not stored on your machine so you need not worry of loosing progress.

During my Lunch break I went home and tried BF4 and It is now working for some reason.

sometimes i have to sign off of psn when that happens and it will get you back to the main menu where you can sign in again

Actually signing in and out did not do the trick for me.

I am sorry but I have no other soloutions if the problem continues to persist try contacting EA or waiting for someone else to respond,

To Contact EA,

1) Visit http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4
2) Press 'New Case'
3) Select Platform after that press Next
4) Select a relevant Topic and name then press next
5) Select a contact method, I recommend call back but note that call back is only available in certain Countries.

I already said it was working just answering somebody else in the thread. Try reading prior answers before posting back in the thread, thank you for your time.

I said if it continues to persist, meaining that if you get the issue again and the fixes provided early do not work please contact EA.
