Re: BF4 Xbox 360 - You have lost connection to the EA servers. help?

thats why im afraid. if you can wire it up you will get a better connection, however i will provide a link here to help with connectivity. keep in mind this wont fix your issue but i have help with friends on xbox live using these guides and they make wireless a bit better.

before you start you will want to get your subnet mask and  default gateway ips by opening command prompt (hit start and search cmd) then type

ipconfig /all

you need to access your router and give your xbox a static ip. any ip will work as long as its not in use and if you can set up ip reservation on the router it'll work too. youll use the new xbox ip address to open the ports needed by xbox which are provided in the link below. the last setting you should touch if you have it is QoS settings but your router may or may not have them. all QoS setting does is adjust the bandwidth so you control what receives what

Network Ports for Port Forwarding

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live

on the xbox side of things you need to go into your network settings add the new xbox ip address in with the subnet mask and default gateway ips in and test. if the network setting has an error itll display what it may be if its ip related then you need to change the ip addresses for the static ip and the port forward ip for the ports you opened and try again.

there are other guides out there and there are videos as well on youtube on how to set static routes for xbox 360s and how to open ports for xbox 360 if you find yourself confuse in the process.

Ok, I am having the same problem, but mine is wired connection. I contacted EA on Twitter AND Facebook, but I have never got a reply. I can play the same disc in a different Xbox, and it works fine. I used port forwarding and tried that, with absolutely no change. Titan fall and all of my other games work fine. Please help.
