Having the exact same problem. I have no idea what happened to the Live chat system and no one answers to my questions in the Answer HQ, so this is freaking wonderful.

    That live chat thing probably is FAKE, looking around the net, the so called chat server ( sales.liveperson.net) is on all kinds of blacklists..

    It's a marketing gimmick, don't expect anything else than the "waiting" bars.
