AHQ isn't really the place for this sort of problem - that said, there was a period when the account was straight up blocking anyone who was being overly negative towards the series and developers.

From what I can gather, they periodically purge their ban/mute list to clean thr slate and hopefully move on with the community so you might just need to wait a bit
