Unfortunately it isn't possible to play Battlefield 3 on OS X.
However, try to install Windows 7/8 with the Apple Boot Camp programm. After you have successfully done that you can start playing Battlefield 3 on your Mac! 🙂

    Actually, the majority of Apple Mac machines do not have an adequate graphics system.  The Boot Camp does nothing to minimize that requirement.

    If your GPU is a Gaming Class card, you will be in good shape.
