For an hour I messaged an EA tech help agent. We went through a ton of troubleshooting. Nothing really new except to change the download path. Nothing worked at the end he gave me a refund. Such a bummer. I was excited to play. Makes absolutley no sense because I downloaded and played the beta fine.
Well I'm done for today trying. After 40hours it's come to this.......

you: okay there is something new. doing that now.
you: Restarted the download stand by to see if it works

you: Nope. it made it to 15% now's its at 5%

you: wow now im back to 1%. it's like it's not downloading anything

Nabajyoti: There are two thing that we can do now.
Nabajyoti: We can either wait for sometime and try to redownload the game. You know this game has just released. So this kind of issue is common and temporary.

Nabajyoti: I would request you to try to download the game after sometime. Please atleast wait for 4 to 5 hours.
Nabajyoti: I would also advise you to uninstall the beta. This sometimes may cause problem in accessing the game.

you: no, i've already done that. way before trying to download the first time

I had this happen several times while trying to download the Beta version. Basically what is happening is you download "chunks" and if those are deemed corrupted due to your internet connection, their servers, or somewhere in between then it will toss it. It took me forever to get the beta downloaded but eventually I was able to. Same rules should apply to to this: Just keep trying and eventually it will let you through. If not then you need to check your connection to see what your line quality is. http://www.pingtest.net/ should help you get an idea.
Wish that was the problem. Ping/ISP is excellent.
And I'm having this exact problem for BF4...lol
