Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1 on your designated platform like I mentioned above?

I had a similar issue trying to unlock weapons, and this worked for me.

I had the 75 too, after that I've repaired the game. After the repair still didn't tracked the 15 kill, but when I've reached the 15 the RSC 1917 Optical was unlocked.

I know you unlocked the weapon already, but have you tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling Battlefield 1?

I had the same issue, and doing this helped me with tracking the Assignments again.

Give this a shot if you're still having issues.

No, because all of the other tracking were/are good, I had the issue only with the RSC1917 optical, all the other stuffs and trackings are function correctly.
