Hi @CaveIn47 If you no longer have access to that email address and can't change it yourself in your EA Account, then EA Help will need to change it for you.

The steps below just gave me the live chat option:

- Go to help.ea.com and search for Battlefield 1.
- Select the "I need help logging in to my EA Account" option.
- Select the "Chat with us" option.
