Re: can't access batlefield 1 game play

if so i believe they should make such information labeled mandatory not optional as the lack of their validation can cause account to be inaccesable or even worse, impersonated !

can you help me getting to contact them via mail instead?

@xx0wlwgtlcbz If you select different options on the EA Help site, you should find an email option. Try having a look around there.

However, since the questions they're asking are due to account security, just be prepared to be asked them again.
