Community ManagerRe: cant get to the menu after pressing start PS3
Try ejecting the disc, turn off the PS3, turn off the switch at the back. Turn it back on, attempt to play.

Farqed -I have watched the video and maybe this solution will work for you.
A player provided a workaround for the exact same issue.
Please try to reassign the controller number you are using to controller number 1.
Settings > Accessory Settings > Reassign Controllers
Please let us know if this worked.
