I get the same message, but the link just re-directs back to the page I just tried to activate the code on. If I try to activate my code within the Origin client it tells me the code has already been redeemed.

Sometimes older games can cause trouble with code redemption directly with the Origin client. To redeem your code with Origin, please try to activate your codes on following activation website. Get sure that you are logged in with your Origin account. If you still having trouble, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can help you to get back in to your game!
