Hi @666Lootboxes666 There isnt anyone on the forums who can update your challenge progress or provide items. However, you can open a case at help.ea.com, as support can investigate for you.

Since it's a fairly simple challenge though, it might be quicker to just try again in case it was a temporary issue.
