So basicly I'm very-very disappointed because of the cheaters' presence in BF3 multiplayer and because I just can't have any help from you in that case or even answers. I wrote in Hungarian because I bought your software in Hungary and I thought that I can have an answer too in my language regarding my question which was that what can EA do against cheaters in BF3. Today I had a really obvious experience when I started to play in Gun Master mode and after 1 or maximum 2 (!) minute(s) a guy had 16 (!!!) kills. I wrote immediately to the admin reporting this obvious cheat or hack but did not even had a reply. After this I quit and I started new session in an other Gun master server and almost totally the same happened. I reported again and asked the admin to do something but it was an authomatic reply saying "play fair". My question was in my previous letter (in Hungarian) to EA that how could it happen that we (who paid for the software actually!) can not play with BF3 and do you plan to do something against cheaters to stop them ruining totally our fun or lets say our game experience? How can I get some help from you and how could it happen that a dedicated server's admin did not even reply or react??? I'm really disappointed and not only because of these hackers/cheaters or we can call them anyhow but because of this apathy on EA's side. Why do not you kick these guys out of your servers or why do not you monitor these admins/servers who give a **bleep** to the players (your costumers) and let these kind of offences against your company's reputation? Basicly I'm not interested about your brand or your policy in this issue I'm intreseted only that I want a game experience I paid for with similar possibilities among the players and avoid these hackers which is your responsibility in my oppinion.
