Can you guys put any pressure on Punkbuster to get this fixed? It's affecting hundreds of players that did nothing wrong. The fault may lie with Punkbuster but financially it hurts EA because people aren't going to buy expansions if they're banned because of a false positive. I'm already screwed because if they don't fix this i'm out the 140 dollars I spent on the game and premium upgrade.

As an update to the previous message for those players that are receiving the error "GAME HACK #89265" when trying to join the game, and are then prevented from joining.
We're working with EvenBalance, who are investigating the issue, and will deliver more details about this error as soon as possible.
It's not resolved until we hear back from EB so we can clear out our names from PBBans/GGC.
Still, it is a relief to hear from eanils that they are in contact with EB, so this is more likely to get resolved in a timely manner. Thanks!
PBBans at the least won't repeal without a solved ticket from EB. So we just need them to either announce something publicly (Which might happen courtesy of EA/DICE stepping in), or else individually handling the tickets we've all submitted.
Yes, they should add a thing on the BF4 suppoer page at evenbalance that says something along the lines of "We have confirmed that violation #blahblah was able to be triggered by non-cheat software and has been fixed" or something like that. They have 2 entries like that on the BF3 page. I cannot see why they wouldn't do that for this time on BF4.

If your Battlefield soldier is currently on the Master Ban List of PBBans, GGC, ACI or any other anti cheat streaming service, please create a ticket with Evenbalance first. Once Evenbalance has confirmed that your ban has been lifted, you can appeal against your ban in any of these streaming services by simply linking to your ticket at Evenbalance.com.
PPBans have now lifted the bans.
hello, im having the same issue. i was playing BF3 and got banned for using game hack! i have tried contacting Even Balance, and the server that i was on and no one can help! I clearly do not hack. my KD is most of the time below 1.0. i have spent $100+ into this game and now i cant play! please help me!
