I have also ran into this problem

FX 8320

GTX 780

8GB of RAM

MSI 760GMA-P34

Thermaltake 600Watt PSU

Windows 8.1

Everytime my CPU temp hits 72C, my CPU usage drops and I go from 80FPS on Ultra to 24FPS

Tried lowering graphics and it didn't make a difference

I've changed power settings to max, check BIOS for updates, GPU drivers etc. and nothing

Tried Titanfall and it ran like charm, same with other games too
