Just a point of clarification you can have multiple Xbox accounts linked under the same Origin profile.  I have three Playstation accounts and one Xbox account linked under my Origin account with my PC soldier. 

When you call customer support you can tell them under which account to link your gamertag so that's how you'll know.

    Hey @j4holcomb,

    to add to @ragnarok013's information:

    Here's how you can check the console ID's connected to your Origin account:

    1. Log in to https://www.origin.com

    2. Click on your username, then on "EA Account and Billing"

    3. You'll end up on the "My Account: About Me" page

    4. Scroll down and you'll see "Connected Accounts" - there's your console ID
