Re: Failed to connect to ea online

I have tried all fixes for past few weeks. PC only BF1

to get online connection.

Through EA

Tech check, flush DNS, and any other fix I could find online. NOTHING WORKs

Then I 'opened ports' (ding ding ding)

for windows 10 tutorial go here

scroll down to

"Configure Firewall to accept connections"

be careful to not click on other fodder, ads, or nonsense

now add ports from EA help 'opening ports' link above (see see scroll up)

finish by Rebooting computer,

(ports may or may not be solution)

The real trick seems to be, (AhhhHa)

Do not open Origin from Origin desktop Icon (to log in)

*** USE Battlefield 1 DESKTOP ICON ***

right click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR !!!!

GAME ON

(Starting game from Origin still does not work)
