Have you tried to flush your DNS cache files and add the game to your Library afterward? You don`t have any other PC, you can use to get those games? What is your current region? If this issue is not a particular PC, but your EA Account related, you should get in touch with EA Advisors directly https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

  • I just try on another pc and the problem persists. I am UTC region (Argentina). I try to contact EA Advisors since yesterday but they do not respond.

    @Zorak912 

    You can give them direct call, using this phone number +44203 014 1818.  I imagine it would be expensive with a cell phone or a land line, but you can use the VoIP services. 

  • I tried with the connection of my cell and yes I can add games. I guess that is problem of my network supplier.
