Hello @ThePackman627

Try the following:

  1. Disable Origin in Game via Application Settings of Origin
  2. Make Repair game via Origin client
  3. Reinstall Driver for your graphics card or install another version
  4. Delete config file of Battlefield 3 (My Documents>>Battlefield 3>>Settings and delete PROFSAVE_profile file) and reboot your PC.

    Thanks! I now run between 55-110 frames! Question though, is there a way to just lock the fps at 60 so its not jumping all over the place?

    I think Vertical Sync should help you. Try to enable it in Settings.
