Hello @LadyDespair,

Try these two troubleshooting steps on your Xbox One:

  • Clear your Persistent Storage: Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear it out twice
  • Clear your Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & Restart

If those steps do not help, try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by holding the power button down until the power brick's light turns to orange.

    Is the game on a disc or is it digitally downloaded?

    Okay, what I would do first is try to redownload the EA Access app and see if that improves the game's performance. If not, all I see left to do would be redownloading the whole game.

    Well it work a lot better but it seems to crash when i play with the same friend. But when i play with other friends it doesnt seem to crash with them.
