I would please ask you to keep a topic to just one thread and not repost issues. 

Could there be a chance that you purchased the Russian/Polish version beforehand? It could potentially interfere with the English version you might have bought at some point. In that case, I would recommend contacting Support and asking them to deactivate the Russian version, if that is possible, though if you don't have the English version, that would mean you wouldn't be able to play the game at all any more.

If you don't actually have the English version, the only thing you can do is to buy the English version, as the languages available are bound to the region.
