Re: hardline premium from xbox 360 to one

I believe Microsoft only have allowed the transfer content like season passes to the xbox from xbox one if a few cases. Specifically the games that came out just around the release of the xbox one so people would still buy the games for their console right up until the release of the new one. This also means that the games that are released now, like Hardline, will not have transfers of content like Premium.

I guess that's just one of the disadvantages of having Microsoft decide every little aspect about everthing about their console.

In short: no you can't get a transfer - yes you have to buy it again. As for the refund you will have to look into the refund specifics at the store where you bought it.
