yeah, I have the same problem. I have the PS3 version of the game, I'm trying to access it on the PS4 since that is where I redeemed the code. I paid for the Battlefield 4 upgrade plan to have it on PS4, redeemed it on PS4, and now its in my transaction history but I can not play it. I'm wondering if since it came with the PS3 game I can only play it on there, which is a bummer because I'm not going to play it on that platform.
