No account changes can be made to an EA account while there is a ban/suspension on it.

When you use the help.ea.com site, please make sure you are logged into your EA account. That should help ensure the email goes out to your email address.

@EA_Lanna When I contact support, should I call from the blocked email or another email to me?

@EA_Lanna Also, the ban started one year ago on 08/20/2020 and so far the ban is active

@Manar43 You would follow the below steps from the guide I shared:

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any additional details.
For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
- Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
- Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.

@ElliotLH Well, no problem. Can I unlink the EA account from the Steam account because I cannot play any of the EA games in Steam because of this account. Can it be deleted, unlinked from the company, or banned permanently, knowing that it has been banned since 8/20/2020

@ElliotLH Well, can I unlink my account EA from my Steam account without entering ea ?
