- @AdieShine-cn You need to make an appeal with Evenbalance. They have applied the ban rather than EA.
From the look of things you can use this link to appeal: https://www.evenbalance.com/troubleticket/new_ticket.php now PB banned me 3 times.... today noon once and night once，on GMT+8 time 21:56.
Compare the same and different of these 3 times
the sames
1 frist and third banned，. before I join the “PB ban” server ，I joined another server and playing sometimes，and quite game without game over，and closed game。 then do others things later，then open game and join the “PB ban” server，then got a banned ！
2.when in join near every banned，there's many errors happend，like
A：Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.
B：can't start ！please Check if installed the latest version and can strat from Origin。
3. about .pb kicked ，I swich other windows when game playing。
who can check these .exe ？

at third ，I no opend two txt playing previous game，then open that 2 txt before I join PB ban server ！

so I think ，when I switch others，or open something，or close someting，or any changed ，PB will give me a kick or banned，even there's no BF4 hack tool，that's why PB can't tell us which one problem！
and I doing like this very long time，begin last year December I start play this game，no any banned，until this year，after FairFight banned me 7 days from September 11，then PunkBuster kicked or banned me with Very high frequency ！！with when I‘m no hacking times，like any way so fun... did there some who done those ？？

The information provided by @CyberDyme and @ElliotLH is correct here, so please be sure you've created an appeal with Even Balance to have this looked into.
We cannot review PunkBuster bans on the forums.
"FairFight" is an anti-cheat service that was developed by GameBlocks Middleware.
It has replaced "PunkBuster" as the primary means to detect cheaters in the Battlefield series.

Hi @Its_Travis_199 ,
EA are legally not allowed to neither sell nor support any customer on this product in China.
Hence, reason why this player is not having any BF4 Support options as he is based in China.
Next to this, his account has been banned by PunkBuster and we have repeatedly answered to him to no avail, that he needs to work with Evenbalance to resolve a Punkbuster ban. EA has no role or ability to assist in that endeavor.
@EA_Darko @EA_Atic maybe you can interact, as he keeps coming back on the same...
@CyberDyme yeah, i guessed so.
That's why, i mentioned to him that this website might be blocked in his country and that's why he can't acces it.

- @AdieShine-cn This guide can be used to show you how to appeal a Fairfight ban: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/EA-Bans-and-Suspensions-How-they-work-and-how-to-get-in-contact/m-p/9754200#M355907. If you have the notification email you should also be able to reply to that.
To appeal a PunkBuster ban you need to contact Evenbalance. @ElliotLH only reply this .... I will to PB website later ....
