WELL THEN DAMNIT THEY SHOULD SEND US A NOTIFICATION INSTEAD OF JUST SURPRISING US!!! ORIGIN IS GARBAGE WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS AND NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE!!

When is it going to be done?

its been a week and it still is on offline mode

this situation has been occurring for several months. usually i can just go on origin and play while offline but now it will not let me download Sims 4 even after i put in the promo code and i can't go online.

really i downloaded titanfall but i cant play it because it needs to be online with origin but it was like this for about 3 days so far so...what should i do
