    Hey! Just thought I'd update you...

    After speaking online to an EA help advisor guy, he couldn't solve it. He gave me a case number and passed it on to another EA help advisor guy in EA's Battlefield 3 department. After a few troubleshooting sessions he couldn't figure it out either and escalated my case to a 'specialist'. Again, no luck with this advisor either, who has escalated my case even further and given me a month's waiting time for a DICE developer to get back to me personally.

    It's unfortunate, and it seems it's not that common a problem, but I guess it'll give me a chance to thank DICE in person (sort of) for the awesome game they've made 😛

    Hi again James!

    What you can do is to reinstall the latests multiplayer updates. Also, try to recover your Xbox LIVE account. The rank you can see on Battlelog/Aftermatch loading screen is the rank/stats you have.
