@danisoffunfortunately it has not helped me, it works for some people yes maybe. I have two computers and I have tried everything possible on the other computer. reinstalled 10x and reformatted the computer to win 11, win10, win 11 and tried to install on both OS. But it's always the same error message. I have tested with all possible internet providers. 1000/1000mbits at the moment and it's wired. But get the error message "double check your internet connection, try again later". Tried this on both computers, and went back to origin because thats the only one that works solid.
But now EA VIRUS has gotten into ORIGIN app and demands me to install EA desktop now.
I understand, unfortunately the transition is difficult from Origin to the EA app. Have you tried talking to EA support?
Best Regards,
danisoff
@danisoffYea Im here after I have been contacted with EA support. They could not help and was allways refeering to this site. They even told me to contact microsoft and ms xbox and said it was their fault. I even had a technician from microsoft trying everything for 2 days and he told me there is nothing wrong with my computers and that this is strictly fault from EAs end. Thanks m8
- @danisoff I have now contacted EA, I tried a differenct account from a friend, that worked on my laptop. He tried my account and got the same message error "double check your internet connection" this meaning, something is wrong with my account and has nothing to do with connection or computer. Something is locked with my account linked to EA app. So I messaged EA, will see if they will solve this.
Interesting development of the situation. I hope they will be able to fix it.
Best Regards,
danisoff
