This "writings" called to Emblem. If you have an emblem you can doit yourself too. Just stay close to a wall or aim to the floor and press C button.

If you dont mind I share you some knowledge.
1. You can make your own emblem in Battlelog:
Click to "Agent" and in the "Overview" page in the right side to "Customize emblem"
2. If you install BetterBattleog plugin in your browser, its will make easy the emblem edition

3. In the following website you can find many emblem, you have to copy and past the code. Be aware, some emblem is require premium emblem parts..
I hope its will help you to create some badass emblem and you will spray in Hardline everywhere, just remember to press C...

Thx for your info again.
But I will never put a 3.rd party stuff into my games, especially when delivered trough a 3.rd party site, even if its "only" a browser plug in.
Is it quite simple really, this is to avoid getting borderline/over the line for what is ok to do or not. And to avoid that I do something that will affect how the games run for me and others. To many does such things already.
Even hardware producers do so, soon there will be launched some hardware from one of the major brands that incudes a cheat, they expect there will be lot of noise around this.
But they say they do it to help players, lol really, it just a way to earn even more money, since we already know that about 70% of players have said they are willing to cheat under the "right" circumstances.
