Hello, I understand that some players had problems with being reset to level 0 back in 2016. It is currently August of 2017 and I am having this problem on xbox one. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    In my case (2-3 times) just waiting did it, the problem was gone on the next day.

    All your stats are being saved online, so you can play normally.

    You could power cycle your Xbox and play 1-2 matches to sync your data, maybe that might help.

    Anyway, don´t worry, your progress isn´t lost 🙂

    Hello @LegendaryTie1 

    I am really sorry for those issues with the game. Have you tried to Power Cycle your console? This looks like a random sync glitch. All your stats are safely stored on our servers, so restart your console and let us know the outcome.

    After restarting my console and waiting a couple of days, everything is working fine and my information is back

    Hey @LegendaryTie1,

    great to hear everything is back to normal. As Archi said, there was a small timeframe where the stats weren't displayed correctly which is usually solved by powercycling the device and playing a few rounds.

    Now have a great weekends, see you on the Battlefield!

    same here.

    I think this is not a bug just your data server has gone.

    I am not on PC and tried to quit from game and relog but nothing. Even I can not see on browser when I logged in.

    I played 5-6 games and spend 3-4 hours still nothing changed.

    Hey guys,

    this was a temporary issue in syncing the stats. This has been resolved since and your stats and rank should be displayed correctly again. Thank you for your patience.

    Why is everything reset? This has happened to me before but was resolved and now it is just beyond irritating.

    Hello EA joker 

         

                     I just logged on today January 20th 2018 I'm sending this message regarding my stats on Battlefield 1.I logged on to find that  my level and some stats, have been changed to 0 my level is 0 ,my kills with my weapons vehicles and etc., are 0.Also when I try and connect to a game online it doesn't work, I checked my network and nat connections and both are fine.When I go on operations or quickmatch they say matchmaking but it just stays there for ever when it usely takes less then two minutes , and when I go onto server browser, it loads and I get thrown off, but not by the host but the game just goes to loading game and I just get thrown off.

    Right now they're having a hiccup with the Stats and MP Servers.

    This is from the Official Battlefield Twitter:

    "We are aware of an issue affecting stats and MP connectivity on some platforms and are actively working to resolve this. Thanks for your patience."

    Don't worry, you have not lost any progress or anything that you have made.

    Things will be back to normal soon.
