I got the same problem as you. Received dog tag and battlepack but still no package from home skin. I don't know if this is a bug or something so I posted a case about this bug on help.ea.com. But they just closed my case. I'm gonna wait till June 23. If I still haven't get that skin, I'm never gonna believe anything they say anymore.
