I've had enough, I have talked to EA many times, they never helped me, I have my CD key, my account name and my solider name, for Battlefield 2142, and they can't even tell me my email address OR my password, what kind of customer support is this? Let me answer that for you, NOT A VERY GOOD ONE.

Similar issue, I am missing BF2142 and BF2.
I provided my current account credentials and all potential old account emails I might have used, product codes and more, however they always ask for more information, and forget everything I send before, no help in finding the games (or moving it to new account)
I suspect they silently dropped BF2142 altogether...
