Seems odd, have you tried removing synapse and seen if that works? Perhaps trying another mouse? That would at least help to narrow down the problem.

I found the sollution.
Someone on the battlefield facbook page said someone in his group had the problem and they disabled battlelog in game and it fixed it.
It also worked for me and another person who seen my post it also helped them and that person had a logictech mouse.
So some people are having there mouse cut out every 10 seconds or so when battle log is active in the game.
