@AdieShine-cn When I had this happen I chose cloud saves and lost all my saves and progress in games. I can't tell you about choosing PC because I turned cloud saves off at this point.

It is legally not allowed for EA to support this game at any level for any customer based in China.
China's state-run firewalls have also long been setup to block and hamper any data stream or info exchange related to this game from EA.
