Thank you! Yes, a guy named Brian called me and was very nice and helpful and fixed me up... it's just a shame it was that easy for someone to hack my account, and that I had to go through 3 or 4 chats and numerous calls to support and be told there is no fix, and then wait a month for a fix! Hopefully you guys are working on a better way of preventing hackers and ID'ing people and Supporting your customers! Thanks again!
Hi Basti, I had exactly the same problem earlier this week and after getting no response to an email from EA intended to call tonight. I've since seen this post and hoped you could escalate the issue for me?
Needless to say I've paid for BF3 and the Premium via Origin and now can not use it at all... frustrated.com :-(

Im also having the same issue lost ME2, ME3, FIFA Manager 13, and MOH Warfighter!! Please let me know how i can get them back. This has only happened since i installed warfighter. Ive had to recreate my account as it couldnt find my email/user ID and now all my games have disappeared and if i try to add them again it says that the code has already been used!

and i cant log anymore says no account with the name

i try to create a new account with the same email and it work but i lose
all my game wich are bf3 /armored kill/ moh/bf1942.. dont tell me i lose

After a 30min live chat I was almost able to get my account back ( All I have to do now is use my Case code thingy to attach the images of my BF3 and A image of the email I got stating that the Email was changed) But unfortunetly, I can't seem to log in on the page. (Talking with a Answer HQ admin right now to fix it.)
The EA support was actually VERY good, I couldn't say my DOB but I still got "accepted" :P
Bro, how long do they talk to you on the phone?
My account got hacked too. ☹️ I'll be calling a US number from India, so I'll have to keep the call cost in mind.
