This issue is with the Xbox power supply itself, Xbox support gave me the fix:

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 3 minutes.
Important Be sure to wait 3 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Thanks for the update @Maddinoz!

    It's not actually a problem with the power supply, but what this does is clearing the cache files from the Xbox. It's good that the age old solution to everything still works 🙂

    Xbox live is now called game pass make sure your subscription is up to date. Mine expired a few months ago game pass is $9.99 month ($120/yr) but if you go to Walmart get a card 12 months for $75
