Same thing happened to me also. Played for a few months and stopped. I only got origin for Mass Effect 3, luckily i copied the code for some reason. . . took me a while to figure out which one it was.

. I talked to Bishop there. I was able to give him 3 product keys for EA games (only 1 origin game), the others were steam (an account which didnt get hacked and steam keeps the codes in an easy spot for you).
Didn't take all too long, just had to give Bishop a few other pieces of information. He changed the email to a new (non-hotmail) account and I reset the password to something rediculously complicated.
I hope this helps any of you out there. Hopefully you have a few EA product keys that they can use to get your accounts back.
