@Mindziaks - Games pricing is quite an interesting topic. In the end it comes down to what each individual person wants to pay for a game and only you can decide if it's of value to you.
In terms of being a rip off though this is a fairly standard price for a AAA game these days. Funnily enough this hasn't changed much for several years now.

Back when the NES was out I remember buying a Grand Prix game with my birthday money. It cost £59.99!! When I compare that to prices these days the price point hasn't moved much in 20~ years, which isn't bad at all.
