Nope but you did, PBBans is using a cross game hub, mean it connect your  previous ban with the your bf4 account.

Solution appeal to PBBans, or if your on the master ban list contact evenbalance.

Or simple dont play on a server that streams to pbbans. (GGC-stream doesnt use a cross MBI)
