Hmm, my instinct is that there's a network issue, but there are local things to check first. 

Be sure to run the game and Origin as administrator, and double check that your firewall isn't blocking the game. You can also try temporarily disabling your anti-virus as a test. 

Another thing to try is power-cycling your router, in case there's a caching issue with it.

    I have the same problem, but firewall is off and administrator mode doesn't work either... What should I do, I have this problem on BF1 and BF4

    To everybody who has this problem, i tried everything in this world to solve this problem and i mean it, but after like 1 week worth of time trying i simply waited 10 - 15 mins before trying to connect to a server AND IT WORKED. PEOPLE, TRY THIS.
