I wouldn't bother with the support since they're at no help at all. They close your tickets without reason simply because they cannot provide with the support. They hang up on you when you're at the phone, they put you on hold and never come back.
They also waste your time in the chat support and tell you to wait, then come back with no solution. If you're pissed now then you'll go bat**bleep** insane when you reach their support. I don't know what issues you got with the game but you will most likely solve it faster on your own than EA with a full team of "experts", what a joke.
