@AdieShine-cn sorry to break the news to you, but the software development of BF4 was discontinued now more than 4 years ago!
You are therefore not going to see more language versions being implemented of it, including Chinese...
There is no doubt that EA would have loved to sell the BF4 game to many more Chinese speaking people. But when the mainland China did not allow importing the game or the selling of it, then the financial situation is simple not there to make it viable. (it will cost more money to make that language version available, compared to how many more games of the game that they can sell with that extra language enabled.). Which is the same case with many other language versions not available in the BF4 game. Like it or not, but it is simply not profitable for the company to make it.
Sorry, but those are the facts... :o)
