Libever gave you the exact correct answer on how to fix your problem.  Only a game advisor can remedy this problem since the vast majority of us are not EA employees but gamers like yourself who know about the games and help others to solve their problems.  Even the EA mods here do not have access to your account or the means to generate a new code for you, ony a game advisor can do that. 

I recommend that you follow Libever's advice and try to contact a game advisor again so you can speak with one who can help you regarding this code matter.  I know for a fact that this method works since I've worked with a game advisor on a code issue before, and he solved my issue and many people whom I've personally referred to game advisors for this very issue have had their problems solved.  So please try the game advisor again.

    Like I said I did call them again. I was told that codes are generated by mircosoft and purchased by EA from them (from ea rep) then the code is technically sold to the store then to you. therefore the code was never made/generated by EA but purchased by them. The ea rep (the one your telling me to call) told me I would need to call microsoft xb live since they are the only ones that can fix code issues since they create them. Microsoft xbox live rep said he was unable to generate a new code and that there was nothing he could do other than confirm the code was invalid. So I don't know what EA rep you talked to but the two I have gotten from your instructions have said 1. there was nothing he could do then 2. said i needed to call xbox live.

     Since this is their customer service, I'm finished. I'm not supposed to have to call over and over. Thanks for the past games
