Im leaning more towards a missed number but if your certain the numbers are correct and you disabled UPNP and Media Servers.. I think it may just take you a few tries no reason it has worked for so many here but it can't for you..

go to network settings, go to manual setup, confirm your IP address click automatic setup when it asks for your primary DNS, go to custom and enter thiese addresess Primary 208.67.222.222 and Secondary 208.67.220.220, then disable UPnP, complete settings, run test, and should pass, when completed, go disable Media Server Connection.

    Thank you SO much for looking into this problem that YOU created. Now do you really expect us to keep trying this over & over?  Knowing full well that the last time we were told to try it over & over it did no good & was a complete waste of time? You do realize that this process takes about an hour EVERY time?

    who you talking to bruh? I hope its EA and not me because im not getting paid diddly squat to help your **bleep** out and if you really care about having to unlock a total of 7 guns again then your just a whinny **bleep**  You have chitty internet if it takes an hour every time by the way should take 15-20 minutes.. As i said i don't work for EA i came up with the fix thru stubborness and alot of redbull.. Its worked for many but apparently some setting you have is incorrect on your PS or Router..

    That exactly what I was thinking. Why is it working for everyone else but not me. I really wish it was a missed number but I've set it 3 times already with all the instructions. I found a folder that had hidden corrupt files I did not see so perhaps deleting those will do something this try.
