Unfortunately this did not work. I did get a hold of customer service on the phone a few days ago and we tried to do a safe restart on the ps4 as well. I actually ended up losing my campaign progress and had to use an earlier PS4 uploaded save to have my campaign progress restored. I was hoping I can bring this to EA's attention if this is a bug (affecting other people) and can be patched at a later update. I appreciate the response and effort to correct this. I know I can read the codex's online but my OCD in me likes to read everything I collect in game, lol. Otherwise this game rocks and I can't wait for more armies to play as in the future.
