nope, it's been two patches and this is still glitched... EA / DICE, please fix, this is unacceptable, more than a few people have this glitch still

PATCH THIS 

I can confirm it's been patched, as of the latest PS4 patch it unlocks after you level up, got my platinum, beyond happy. Took forever but thanks Dice for patching
