@Mr_3raqi  Yes PB does respond to support tickets and your chances of getting a favorable resolution depend on the specific details of your case. As stated earlier there is nobody here to include EA personnel that can handle your Punkbuster case since this is the wrong venue for resolution.

In the mean time you can still play the game, but until your PB situation is cleared up you'll have to play on servers that have chosen not to use Punkbuster.  BF4 is the last title that EA used Punkbuster on and EA also used a secondary anti-cheat called Fairfight in BF4 so you may find fairfight enabled servers that choose not to use Punkbuster.

@ragnarok013Idk why this says it's solved, but it's still not solved and i didn't accept it as a solution. i need an eta from EA please, when will my problem be fixed? and no i tried looking up pb disabled servers and couldn't find any and i refuse to limit myself only on those servers at all. so i literally can't play the game which i paid 60 euros for.

@Mr_3raqi it is solved because there is no course of action that EA can take to resolve your Punkbuster ban. You must work with Evenbalance/Punkbuster to resolve your Punkbuster ban; EA has no role or ability to assist in that endeavor. We understand how frustrating that must be to hear but Evenbalance is an entirely separate company from EA.

Agree. The reason Even Balance / PunkBuster are involved here is because they were contracted by EA. EA is responsible.

I was issued a kick late last week claiming I was using "multihack" (I wasn't and never have); PBBans now bans because I'm "on the list." Even Balance simply refuses to process tickets or acknowledge their fault in issuing these bans, so it seems quite clear to me that this is on EA.

I, and many others, have done nothing wrong, and now can't use the product we bought because of a decision EA made.

If it helps, here is a link to the Origin returns policy. You would need to meet the criteria though, of course.

Unfortunately @ragnarok013 is correct here - these bans are handled by Evenbalance and EA can't influence them or have them remove the ban itself.

EA is not responsible for any actions by the end user/player that resulted in a ban by the anti-cheat service provider. Your game still works however until your ban is successfully appealed you are limited to servers not running punkbuster anti-cheat services.

You are unwisely assuming that the player took any such actions. 

This is factually not what happens. I've never cheated, and now I can't use ANY server that uses PB or PBBans...not because of any fault of mine.

FURTHER, EvenBalance is involved here at all because they were contracted by EA. EA is responsible. You can keep saying "third party" all you want and this will remain true.

And EA is not stopping you playing, you just cant play on servers governed by Punkbuster/Evenbalance.

PBBans take violations and turn them into their own bans, the server admins choose to use pbbans, and this is nothing to do with Punkbuster, so thats another appeal.

Your stats certainly don't scream cheat, but you wont get anywhere trying to provoke ea. 

You're missing the point I've made several times now: Punkbuster is included with BF4. EA is responsible for it. If it's kicking and banning innocent people - which it is - then EA remains responsible, no matter how many times anyone says "third party" as some kind of magic invocation.

How you get it being a dig at you I don't know.  Usually you can see a sudden spike or a stat that's indicative of a cheater, I didn't see those in yours.

Even balance say you cheated according to their detection.

Ea still haven't banned you.  You just cannot play on servers that use punkbuster.

Yes it sucks for those who are innocent.  But you also have to remember that those who are guilty also protest their innocence.  

We all signed the Eula, we all agreed to punkbuster.  

@StarscreamUK  some doesnt like to face reality of life, but its a tough world out there!  :o)

And some folks think they understand something when they don't.

Unfortunately appealing via Evenbalance is your only course of action as EA cannot lift your ban so this is the incorrect venue to pursue and appeal.

Hey ragnarok. so what happened to evenbalance.??? I've sent them a ticket a few months ago but no reply and no answer to comments I made on their ticket page. it's been about 5 months and counting. Punkbuster doesn't work and please don't b.s. me about going to even balance to fix this issue. they're a shell company. they don't have any staff apparently. last update to their software was like in 2016... and then an update in 2019 just so they seem alive.. if you can't fix this for me please pass me on to your superior. 

I have waited long enough and followed "the process" which is basically cost effective for ea to just let people go on and "wait" hoping that they will forget that they made an appeal or whatever..

Again. if you can't Fix this problem, Please pass me on to your superior and tell them about my problem.

mais à force , on va ce regrouper et porté plaindre à la répression des fraudres pour vis caché , etant donné que absolument personne est en mesure de dire le comment du pourquoi de ces ban , je disais en gros ,c'est comme acheter une  caisse ,et que on te dise ,le moteur on peut rien y faire on a aucun contact avec le constructeur ..

je sais pas a combien de ticket je suis , je compte plus ,et je compte pas les réponses , il n'y en a pas ...

same, at least 15 tickets in english to punkbuster, but apparently it doesn't help since no answer to date

a forum, which serves as a support like yours, should also speak in French. that too not normal I think

Same thing happened to me.  I went round and around with EA & Punkbuster.  The response I got from PB was the standard auto reply they send to everyone.  If you can call that a response at all.  No one on one let us look into this problem.  Just perma band and that's it.  No resolve from EA or Punkbuster.  EA did the same 3rd party claim, it's them, not us and nothing they can do.  Well almost nothing.  EA did tell me the best thing to do is to rebuy the game and create a new account.  Yeah right!  Rebuy the game with another chance of being band with no recourse.  I don't think so!  That's a nice scam EA has to get more money.  Blame the 3rd party company that EA requires players to use, and make us rebuy the games.  So I uninstalled all my EA games in 2019.  I haven't played an EA game since.
